The plush prototype starts from a patter like all other clothes or fabrics. We need to decide the draft sewing drawings based on the final character before final design is made and material is chosen. The drawing is a template of choosing different fabrics and materials to make the final plush toy, and also is important in manufacturing and sewing explanation. We will be able to create a primary plush toy prototype from the drawing, which allow us to show to shape and basic details of the toy. The designed sample is then sent to our clients waiting for final approval.

WILDREAM creates basic primary prototype based on the information given by our clients, and the prototype is usually made by normal testing materials instead of final materials, might even has no brands or logo. The aim to have a primary prototype is to come to an agreement with our clients on the toy shape and structure before the final details adjustment. After that, we then create a "pre-production" prototype adjusted according to clients’ feedbacks, and then finalize every segment. Once approved by clients and internal, we are finally starting manufacturing our fun plush toys!
