Once the plush toy primary prototype is finished and approved, then it comes to the manufacturing process of custom plush toy. To those who are familiar with suit custom, plush toy custom is quite similar.

The first thing of plush toy production is to order all fabrics and materials. We create special fabrics, color and painting and pattern in many situations just to match with pantone correctly and get a more accurate sense of design and appearance.

The materials used for producing plush toy need to be cut into pieces precisely by laser cutters, some traditional machine cutting methods or even cut by hand.

Embroidery, printing and detailing are usually added after fabrics had been cut, but in some certain conditions this process could finish on unprocessed fabrics.

Fabric pieces are sewed from inside out and leave a small hole in appropriate location for future stuffing; labels are also added during this step.

The stuffing process is using the hole left during sewing step until the plush toys reach a necessary softness or density.

Multiple QC Steps-Plush toy & stuffed animals undergo a number of quality controls reviews throughout production, including the early stages of production to ensure the whole workflow is achieving our design & quality goal. Before packaging and delivery, the plush toys also perform a final inspection and safety certification to ensure we are delivering truly great plush toys.

Each new toy & collectible is quality controlled and security checked including all raw materials. Since kids are one of our most important markets, we play extra more attention on making sure there is no safety concern covered on toys for age under 15, this includes extra safety check and metal detection to ensure there is not even one needle left over.
