WILDREAM manufactures all types of customized plush toys for our clients, the most common custom stuff toys we make are animal characters, like teddy bears, rabbits, pigs, dolphins, etc. We can make both animal figures and cartoon characters.
The plush fabrics we use meet safety and environmental standard and pass all European and U.S. standard testing, these fabrics are soft to touch, no shed, no decolor, no smell and totally methanol free. Plush fabrics are easy to wash and bleach.
Our fabric materials are normally fleece like, including short plush, polar fleece, pearl velvet, velvet, toweling and nylon fabrics. The decision on the fabric usage is up to our clients, we only provide our suggestions.
The common plastic eye and noses on stuffed toys are strictly limited to AZO-free materials, and fixed with front and back buckle for safety concerns. Accessories like ribbons are fixed by sewing, which makes sure that toys are durable for long term use and create no harm for kids.
We usually customize based on provided drawings, but we can also design stuffed toys for our clients based on their requirements. The design will not make to order after getting confirmed and all products need to undergo several testing processes to ensure safety and quality. We guarantee that every piece from WILDREAM meets safety and standard requirements, with no harm and are appropriate for all age levels.
