WILDREAM manufactures all types of customized plush toys for our clients.
The plush fabrics we use meet all safety and environmental standards and have passed all European and U.S. standard testing. These fabrics are soft to the touch, do not shed, and are resistant to discoloration. Materials we use include short plush, polar fleece, pearl velvet, velvet, toweling, and nylon fabrics.
Our custom plush toys normally use European and American standard verified PP cotton as stuffing materials, but we can also use EPS pellets, foam pellets, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane and plant pellets. Eyes, noses, and other detail components and ribbon materials on plush toys can be fully customized and are made using plastic, acrylic, and ceramic materials.
WILDREAM takes on many custom orders and meets the requirements of commercial exclusive gifts and also satisfies mass production orders from toy retailers.
Our custom procedure is:
customer provides is wotj drawings or samples or specification requirements—prototype based on requirements (including digital prototype or manual prototype) –choose appropriate fabrics or stuffing materials—fabrics cutting and sewing, stuffing and finishing product—final sample confirmation—cost estimation—mass production
WILDREAM manufactures completely customized plush toys, and meets all requirements from strict inspection to ensure safety and environmental friendly. We also have experienced QC on checking whether the plush toy meets the standards or any broken or missing parts exist. The plush toys also need to go through a metal detection to ensure there are no harmful metal left over before final packaging.
