• Mechanical and Physical Risks Protection against falls from height tests, Push and Pull tests, Suffocation tests, and Puncture Resistance Tests
• Chemical Hazards and Risks, includes soluble heavy metal: Test on fabric materials and paint, eliminate Pb, Hg, phthalate and etc.
• Flammable Risks: Make sure toys are not flammable in normal conditions.
• Packaging and Labels:Inspect packaging and labels make sure necessary information and guidelines are included.

• We have never experienced any safety related issues with our custom plush products, but we still carry out strict qualtity control measures to be ready for any situation and prevent unqualified products from leaving our factory..
• Return and Replacement: If you are unsatisfied with the condition of the individual toys, we will provide a full refund =; you can also place a replacement order with our retailers.
• Product Recall:WILDREAM will recall our products with corresponding dealers if our toys pose any sort of risk to our clients and retailers.
